When do I take what?
- Finish Line - 1 Scoop either during or after training to aid in muscle anabolism and creatine saturation. Finish Line will also help remove waste products stored up over the duration of your session.
- Compete - 1 scoop during training to aid in muscle anabolism and optimal hydration/mental focus throughout your session. Additional servings can be taken on non-training days or throughout the day to aid in recovery.
- Mass Gainz - Best consumed 2 scoops (1 serving) post-workout to aid in recovery and muscle anabolism. An additional 2 scoops can be taken between meals to increase calorie intake.
- Glutamine - 1-2 scoops a day, mixed in a beverage of your choice. Best taken mixed with Mass Gainz post-workout, and/or with Compete during your workout.
